We design our products to be sustainable. Despite our best efforts, if a problem arises, the product is warranties for five years from the date of receipt. The limited warranty covers malfunctions.

 

In the event that a problem arises, please contact us by email before returning the product to us. We will assess the situation and determine if shipping the product to our facility is necessary or if we can send you replacement parts and guide you through the repair.

 

Messier-Roy ltée will not assume any responsibility if the product is damaged by an installation error, mistreatment or negligence. In addition, the product is no longer covered if an unauthorized modification or repair is made.

In the event that the product needs to be sent to us for warranty repair, the customer will have to pay the shipping costs for the shipment. If we determine that it is a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product and return it to you at our expense. If the damage is caused by improper use, we will quote you for the repair and you will have to pay the shipping costs for the return.
