We are confident that our products will fully satisfy you, but in the event that they are not made for you, it is possible to return them and obtain a refund for a period of 30 days after receipt.

 

Custom made products (ex: custom color) are not eligible for the return policy.

To proceed with the return, contact us by email messier.roy@gmail.com indicating the serial number of the products and the reason for the return. Afterwards, we will send you the label for the return transport and we will tell you the procedure to follow. Return shipping costs and other related cost will be paid by the customer and the amount will be deducted from the refund.

To be eligible for return, the product must be in new condition and show no signs of damage. It is essential that products are returned to their original packaging, exactly as they were received. If you need help repackaging the products, contact us and we'll walk you through the process. In the event that items are missing or there are signs of customer caused damage, we will assess the situation and deduct the refurbishment fees when refunding.

When we will received the product and verified that its condition meets our requirements, we will issue the refund to you.

If any customs fees or taxes have been charged, the customer will be responsible for making claims for their refunds.
